Division of Gender Studies
PhD studies is the highest formal education available. Research education at the Division of Gender Studies began in 2006. The PhD Education Program is headed by Ov Cristian Norocel and several members of the academic staff act supervisors and examiners for the programme.

Doctoral courses at the Faculty of Social Sciences
The Faculty of Social Sciences offers a wide variety of faculty joint doctoral courses ranging from methods courses, research ethics and courses in theory of science.
Gendering the classics is one of the courses offered. The course offers insights into the ways in which classical social science theories could be enhanced by a gender/feminist perspective.
